You’ll hear me use the word documentary often—in other words, I’m there to chronicle each moment exactly as it occurs, rather than directing it. I’ll never ask you to do an artificial “take two” or distract you from a genuine moment for a posed photo.
At the same time, I know you and your family want a handful of formals for the mantle. I’ll make sure we also get that posed group shot or that coveted portrait, without making your day feel like a photoshoot.

Alexandria is based in New York City but regularly travels upstate, to the Hamptons, and throughout the Northeast to photograph weddings.

Yes, absolutely! Where are we going?
I currently offer an all-inclusive destination collection if your venue is located 1.5 hours or more hours from NYC, which includes full wedding coverage, 2 hours of night before coverage, and travel expenses.
I upload your un-watermarked, high resolution images into a personalized online gallery that you can download, print, and share directly from the platform. I also provide a non-exclusive license to print and produce your photos at retailers outside of my store with credit to me.
My turnaround time for weddings is 10-12 business weeks, and for engagement sessions 3-5 business weeks. Weddings include a sneak preview within 1 week.
There’s no limit on the number of photos you’ll receive! The final count depends on a variety of factors like amount of coverage, events that occur throughout the day, and number of locations. On average, I deliver between 800-1200 images in a wedding gallery and 100-150 in an engagement gallery.
Yes! Having a second shooter guarantees that no moment goes unnoticed and adds a fresh photographic perspective to your day, which is why I include one in my wedding collections.
A few weeks out from our date, I’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire where you’ll write out all the little details of your day (addresses, points of contact, family photo combinations, hopes and expectations, etc) in one place.
From there, I’ll (very) thoroughly review the info, find any potential roadblocks, reach out with questions, and then send back your perfect wedding day timeline that irons out any foreseeable kinks and ensures you and your partner will remain present and stress-free during your wedding day (that’s the goal, right!?).
Please Note - To ensure a true documentary experience, I'll always allow time for candid moments to unfold naturally rather than packing the schedule too tightly. This lets me capture the in-between moments that define my style. However, I won’t be acting as a coordinator, so a professional planner or day-of coordinator is essential.
I back up your photos on an external hard drive immediately upon completing coverage, and I also conduct a secondary backup on cloud storage in case the files are lost (this has never happened).
Yes! If your venue is requesting a COI, I’m ready to send one over.
Not to worry! My team and I have experienced many inclement weather scenarios (like 300 people crammed into a 150 person restaurant and formal photos in parking garages -- ask us about it). If it rains, my team and I will come prepared with a solution that could include finding a covered location at your venue, photographing inside with lighting equipment, or (if you’re feeling adventurous) going outside with clear umbrellas. I can assure you that you will have amazing photos, regardless of the weather.

I include a complimentary engagement session in my Classic and Timeless wedding collections, and we’ll schedule your session around 9 months to one year from your wedding date.
These sessions are the best opportunity to break the ice before your wedding day and learn how we work together with the camera, which will make photos on your wedding day feel much, much more comfortable and natural.
My engagement sessions include up to two hours of shooting and two locations. Come in a casual outfit you feel comfortable in, and we’ll hang out and explore spots in your neighborhood that are special to you. We can grab a drink before we start shooting to get acquainted and calm any pre-shoot nerves you may be feeling.
Engagement session dates are flexible, so if it rains on your date all we have to do is reschedule.
Great! You'll receive your contract and booking information in your personal client portal. There is a 20% retainer due at signing, and I split the remaining balance into 3 equal payments due 6 months, 3 months, and one month before your date.
